Jeffrey Boulter, MD
I retired in 2020 after practicing for 30 years in the Emergency Department at St. Rita's Medical Center. I have served as Treasurer for the Academy of Medicine of Lima for over 30 years. I was honored as the 1994 Alumni of the year of the Allen County Leadership Program for my early work with the nascent Medcare Clinic.
Susan Hubble, MD
I graduated from Lima senior high school in 1968. I graduated from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) in 1972 and the Ohio State
University College of Medicine in 1976. I completed a flexible internship at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio followed by residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehab (PM&R) at OSU. I was on full faculty at OSU unti 1986 when I came to Lima, Ohio and opened a private practice. I served as president of the Ohio State Medical Association. I retired in 2021.
Norman O. Moser, DO, Pharm.D., R.Ph
I graduated from pharmacy school in 1982 with the title of Pharm.D., R.Ph.
I graduated from medical college in 1990.
I am semiretired after practicing nephrology (dialysis) for 30 years. My special interests are: kidney failure, diabetes mellitus, hypertension and lupus. I now educate internal medicine residents at St. Rita's Mercy
